STORE POLICY
Any customer may request a refund up to 14 days after the arrival of the item, even if there is no fault. You will then have 14 days to return the item to me after which you will be refunded in 14 days.
Any payment made for a custom order will not be refunded for any reason after the work on the custom has began unless the item is faulty.
SHIPPING
All UK based shipping prices are first class shipping.
I offer two tiers of shipping to the US, standard and tracked (some products for insurance are only offered tracked). The higher of the shipping costs is always tracked.
WHY IS US SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
I am a business that operates from the UK and there have been recent changes in shipping rules to the United States meaning that any commercial shipping to the United States must be sent as a small parcel, significantly more expensive than a letter.
